Frankfurter Kunstverein - Models of Supporting

Competent partner:

As a partner and sponsor you would financially support the exhibitions and activities of the Frankfurter Kunstverein, assisting through your engagement and ideally sharing our aims too. Our strengths, from which you would be able to profit in your progressive advertising, are:

Our sponsorship models consist of different grading types:

Company membership (yearly subscription 1,000 €)
Project-orientated sponsorship (one-off support starting at 5,000 €)
Member of the “Board of Patrons” (three-year annual support of project-independent investment from 10,000 €)

As a sponsor you would receive the following services:

1) Company members

for up to 40 employees:

free entry to all exhibitions the Frankfurter Kunstverein
free entry to all events of the Frankfurter Kunstverein
exhibition catalogues at half-price
free entry to around 270 other art centres in Germany (ADKV)
the possibility to take part in travelings for members
20 % discount on food and drinks at the Kunstverein Café
co-determination and the right to vote at member meetings
two exhibition guided tours per year, accompanied by the curators of the Frankfurter Kunstverein

2) Project-related sponsorship

Inclusion of the sponsor's logo on all project-related publications (catalogues, invitations, website, newsletter, press texts)
Rent-free use of the rooms of the Frankfurter Kunstverein for one event per year (with prior arrangement concerning time and taking the exhibitions into account)
guided tours of the supported exhibition or project, led by the curators of the Frankfurter Kunstverein

3) Board of Patrons

Name acknowledgment on the foyer area wall on the “Board of Patrons” as well as on the Internet and in catalogues
Inclusion of the patrons logo on all publications (invitations, website, newsletter) and in the opening speach
Free entry to all exhibitions and events of the Frankfurter Kunstverein for the patron and his employees
All publications of the Frankfurter Kunstverein provided free of charge
Rent-free use of the rooms of the Frankfurter Kunstverein for one event per year (with prior arrangement concerning time as well as taking the exhibitions into account) for the patron and his employees
Customized exhibition guided tours as requested led by the director of the Frankfurter Kunstverein
Art advisory service by the director of the Frankfurter Kunstverein, if requested

The rooms
We would be available as competent art mediators, with the greatest of pleasure, for your business occasions in our rooms as well as internal cultural events in your company. For this we offer you the following equipment:

The Frankfurter Kunstverein is located in the city centre between the Römer City Hall and the Schirn Kunsthalle. The Steinerne Haus, with more than 800 square metres of exhibition space available to the Kunstverein, is one of the few preserved historical buildings in the city centre. Travel by public and private means is straightforward thanks to its central location and the multi-storey car park nearby.

Catering:
Our café – which also serves as a bar in the evening – is available to you for the most diverse forms of events. Our tenants Ulrike Rupprecht and hans Romanov can submit a proposal for catering for several occasions.

Ground floor – café: 120 m2 (4 m ceiling height) (large window, facing the Römer)

Restricted space for rent (exhibition areas):

Foyer: 63 m2 (2.85-3.24 m ceiling height)
1st Floor: 216 m2 (3.35 m ceiling height); 126 m2 (3.25 m ceiling height)
2nd Floor: 201 m2 (4.65m ceiling height); 104 m2 (2.55m ceiling height)

Technology:
The house is equipped with up to date presentation technology that is attended to by competent staff and is available for versatile presentation modes.
