A cross-country initiative of Universities is now investigating new communal living arrangements for refugees and students. Can urban planning and architectural measures within this area help to improve integration and the chances of participation?<\/p>\n
On October 24, 2015 this initiative (provided by the Hans Sauer Foundation as well as the Faculties for Architecture of Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin, Technische Universit\u00e4t Wien, Jade Hochschule Oldenburg and Universit\u00e4t Hannover) and Frankfurter Kunstverein host a panel discussion on this issue.<\/p>\n
Guests and participants are Prof. J\u00fcrgen Friedrichs (sociologist\/Universit\u00e4t K\u00f6ln), Simon Takasaki (architect\/Universit\u00e4t Hannover), Prof. Hans Drexler (architect\/Jade Hochschule Oldenburg), Prof. Alexander Hagner (architect\/Technische Universit\u00e4t Wien), Prof. Ralf Pasel (Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin) and Dr. Marcus Gwechenberger (Nassauische Heimst\u00e4tte). The discussion is moderated by Rainer Schulze (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung)<\/p>\n
