During the Night of the Museums, the weather has not only be considered from an artistic point of view \u2013 it has also been explored scientifically. Markus Ernst and Stephan Herzog, students of meteorology at the Institute for Atmospheric and Environmental Sciences at Goethe University Frankfurt, have cultivated a cloud in a glass jar, simulated atmospheric currents in a rotating tank and presented other natural phenomena in small experiments. Visitors were invited to participate and to get demonstrations and explanations of natural phenomena.<\/p>\n
Questions about the exhibition \u201cScattered Showers \u2013 Forms of Weather\u201d have been answered by guides throughout the entire \u2013 wearing shirts saying \u201cFragen?\u201d(\u201cQuestions?\u201d).<\/p>\n
The Caf\u00e9bar im Kunstverein invited to rest and relax. Visitors have found a selection of snacks and cocktails to enjoy while being entertained with reggae, soul, funk, swing to afrobeat by DJ-Set ROTTER\/FFM. Their repertoire ranged from the 50s to today\u2019s music. This ensemble have been illustrated by visuals from the animated movie \u201cFantastic Planet\u201d (1973).<\/p>\n
