The final presentation of \u201cI Through the Lens\u201d has taken place on December 16 between 2 and 6 pm. This marked the 15th project of the Frankfurter Kunstverein\u2019s art education program Schulstudio. On view were the filmed self-portraits created by students from participating secondary school art classes at the Marienschule Offenbach the Adolf Reichwein Schule Heusenstamm over the course of several weeks. The starting point for the students\u2019 works of art were the video installations and photographs by the nine artists in the exhibition \u201cPer Speculum Me Video,\u201d which the students studied intensively in one or multiple visits to the exhibition. The final highlight of this project unit was this unusual opportunity for students to publicly present their results in dialogue with the works in the exhibition. <\/p>\n
With this presentation the education program Schulstudio, supported by the Aventis Foundation as part of their cultural initiative \u201ceXperimente,\u201d has come to an initial end. After the presentation, a celebration has concluded the final Schulstudio exhibition and marked the first successful phase of the education program.
