Franziska Nori (Director Frankfurter Kunstverein) welcomes you at the opening. The artists are present.<\/p>\n<p>The Frankfurter Kunstverein is pleased to present the largest solo exhibition to date of media artists <strong>Eva &amp; Franco Mattes<\/strong>, titled <em>Fake Views<\/em>. Using the pseudonym 0100101110101101.org, they have become international pioneers of the net art movement. Since the 90s they have been exploring the phenomena generated by the internet. The artist duo is known for their ironic appropriation of internet structures and critical examination of the social and political impact of internet culture on our society. Their themes encompass various areas such as consumption of resources for processing data, unregulated working conditions on the internet, and the construction of absurd identities in social media.<\/p>\n<p>Look forward to new works by Eva &amp; Franco Mattes, which were created for the exhibition at the Frankfurter Kunstverein!<\/p>\n<p><strong>At 8 pm Live Music by FRANKIE.<\/strong> FRANKIE (Franziska Aigner) works at the intersection of music, philosophy and performance. She studied at P.A.R.T.S., the school of choreography and dance in Brussels, and has performed her own work at theatres and festivals across Europe. FRANKIE worked with the artist Anne Imhof on the performances <em>Deal<\/em> (2015), <em>Rage<\/em> (2015), <em>Angst<\/em> (2017), <em>Natures Mortes<\/em> (2021) and <em>FAUST<\/em> (2017), which was awarded the Golden Lion at the 2017 Venice Biennale. She performed and co-wrote the music to <em>FAUST<\/em>, which was released as a LP on PAN in 2019. In 2019 she joined Holly Herndon\u2019s vocal ensemble, performing the album <em>PROTO<\/em> around the world. FRANKIE continues to work and perform with Anne Imhof, and with artists such as the choreographer William Forsythe and the filmmaker Austin Jack Lynch.
