Artist Talk with red park

Performances and live art have been the focus of red park’s productions since the founding of the artist group in 2003. Reoccurring themes include the notions of reality and fake, event and simulation, urban everyday routine, and identity forming processes.

In their artist talk, the members of red park presented their work and production processes, which are characterized by a play with experimental stagings and settings as elements of their research and design. They also discussed their current project for “New Frankfurt Internationals” in more detail. The sloth cage they have erected for the project was intended to encourage everyone to participate or stop participating. Become a sloth and free yourself from the bonds of everyday activity!
